Instead of making a sequel, how about a lovingly crafted remake? Only in this version Jenny will make Forest wear a condom so she doesn't get AIDS. Also if they could weave in a scene where Forest meets the Karate Kid long before Mr. Miagi ever does (sp?), that would be really cool too!
